A revolutionary solution of automation for the Construction Industry, this product consists of 2 core modules: BPM (Building Plan Module) and SPM (Services Plan Module). These 2 modules can work independently of one another or in complimentary, to perform automated evaluation and decision-making processes for the Building and Construction Industry in a country. This product will take in digital proposals, perform automated evaluation of them against a database of Prescription Codes and Regulations, and execute reports for compliance or otherwise thereafter. The automated decision support process can then lead on for the Authority to make exception approval where necessary, and the final results are then forwarded back to the originator and the Authority for follow-up action. The BPM module checks proposals for compliance against Building Regulations pertaining to issues such as Materials, Room Heights and Fire Rating, while SPM perform compliance checks against Building Services Component Regulations such as Ventilation Systems, Hydraulic Systems and Fire Protection Systems.

Infrastructure

The Product utilizes the Internet for communication with the respective Regulatory Authority. Projects Proposal Plans are constructed in 3-dimension and will have to be submitted based on an internationally accepted Open File Format (IFC) that can be easily exported from most industry accepted Object-CAD software, such as Autodesk Architectural Desktop or Graphicsoft ArchiCAD. Once submitted to the approving authority, it will then be constructed into a Model Repository, a Virtual 3D representation of the project submitted for checking against the Codes of Practice and Regulations. These codes and regulations are managed by a complex subsystem (Rule Engine) that will decipher the relationship between the object Model Repository and Code/Regulations. Construction Industry Professionals will also have an option to conduct preliminary checks on their constructed model before submission to the Regulatory Authority for approval.
