Overview
OCTANS™ Property Valuation System (PVS) has the flexibility to cater
to the dynamic needs of regulations from the local government or
authorities. PVS captures all the information relevant to the valuation
of properties, generates the valuation list, and computes the assessment
for each property, accordance to the current regulations and guidelines.
PVS' open and flexible design provides:

Location is one of the more important factors in determining the
value of a property. PVS was designed to link to both the Cadastral
and Development Planning Databases, so as to allow one to make assessment
of a property with perspective to its neighbouring information,
via a user-friendly graphic user interface, enabling valuation maps
to be viewed, analysed, and printed.
